Communicare is the oldest accredited social housing Non-Profit Company (NPC) in South Africa. With over six decades of delivering social housing to those in need, Communicare now owns and manages over 3 500 rental units in the Western Cape.
On Tuesday, 1 October 2013 Communicare will accept applications for social housing rental opportunities. The qualifying criteria is available on Comunicare’s website.
Important
Applications must be made at the area where you would like to reside, for example, if you want to rent a unit in the Ruytewacht/Thornton area, you’ll need to apply at the Communicare office in Ruytewacht.
Communicare offices open at 07:00 and there are limited forms available.
All applications must be made personally on original forms obtained from the Communicare offices.
